Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SlayKeys ("SlayKeys", "we", "us"), an online service for purchasing digital goods, operated through the Telegram bot @slaykeys_bot and the website slaykeys.com. By opening the bot, browsing the storefront, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility and sanctions
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
You may not use SlayKeys if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or a national of any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions (including, without limitation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine), or if you appear on any sanctions list (such as the U.S. OFAC SDN list or EU/UK consolidated lists). You confirm you are not acting for any such person. We may refuse, cancel, or withhold delivery of any order, and restrict access, on sanctions, anti-money-laundering, or fraud grounds, and may use IP-based and other checks for that purpose.
2. What we sell
SlayKeys sells digital goods and top-up services, which may include: Discord Nitro, server boosts and shop items; Telegram Premium and Telegram Stars; in-game currency and gift cards (e.g. Roblox, App Store); subscription access; software keys; and similar digital products. Products are delivered as codes, links, account credits, credentials, or as a service performed on your behalf. Availability, contents, and pricing can change at any time.
3. Orders and pricing
- Prices are shown in the storefront and may be displayed in USD or crypto. We may change prices, correct errors, or limit quantities at any time before an order is accepted.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — including for suspected fraud, payment risk, pricing errors, or stock issues — and will refund payment for any order we decline.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide for fulfilment (for example, your Telegram @username for Stars/Premium, a redemption region, or an account email). Orders fulfilled to details you provided incorrectly are not refundable.
4. Payment
We accept cryptocurrency (such as USDT, TON, and BTC) via our payment provider, and store credit held in your in-app SlayKeys balance. Additional payment methods may be added over time. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store your crypto keys or card details. A purchase is final once payment is confirmed on the network or charged to your balance, subject to Section 6 and the Refund & Delivery Policy.
5. Delivery
Most products are delivered automatically and instantly inside the bot or Mini App; some are delivered by an operator within a short window. Delivery time estimates are not guarantees. Where delivery cannot be completed, your sole remedy is redelivery or a refund as set out in the Refund & Delivery Policy.
6. Refunds, warranty and your consumer rights
Digital goods are generally final once delivered. Limited warranty and refund rights — including the screen-recording requirement for "dead on arrival" keys — are described in the Refund & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Consumers in the EU/UK: you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. However, for digital content that is supplied immediately, when you confirm your order you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods;
- initiate a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support first (see the Refund Policy);
- resell, exploit, or abuse promotions, referral rewards, or store credit in bad faith;
- use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the service, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to it;
- provide false information or operate multiple accounts to evade limits or bans.
8. Third-party products and trademarks
SlayKeys is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord, Telegram, Apple, Roblox, Microsoft, Google, or any other brand whose products we may offer. All product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Each product remains subject to the terms of the platform that issues it, and some issuers restrict or prohibit resale. You are responsible for redeeming and using each product in compliance with the issuer's terms and your local law. We do not warrant that a product will be honoured where an issuer acts against resold items, and we are not responsible for action a third-party platform takes against your account or a code based on its own policies.
9. Your account
Access is tied to your Telegram account. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for keeping any delivered codes or credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate access, cancel orders, or withhold store credit if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlayKeys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold SlayKeys harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law, consumer rights and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before any formal dispute, you agree to contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly through support. Nothing in this section removes mandatory consumer-protection rights, or the right to bring proceedings in the courts, that you have under the law of your country of residence.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. General
- Severability: if any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
- Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Refund & Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us.
- No waiver: our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment: you may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor or affiliate.
- Force majeure: we are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network, blockchain, supplier, or platform outages.
